Holy Light (January) - On the first days of the new year a bright light begins to shine
on all magical places. It means that new life begins and old life continues.

|
|
Ice Wolf (February) - In the coldest months of all, the land lies in deep snow
and is haunted by heavy blizzards. According to a old legend, people believe that a
curse of the hermits is the reason. Their clothes were only made out of wolven-fur, cause
these furcoats gave a high resist against coldness. But because people always forbidd
the hermits to come into their cities or villages, the hermits died out.
Now the legend says that the last one spoke the words of a curse who let heavy
snow and cruel coldness come over the land during this month, to get revenge for his comrades.

Fire Dragon (March) - When the snow begins to melt away and the first green grows,
then - so the people tell - its because the fire dragons in their areas awake from their
hibernation. And because they don’t like the cold thing called snow, they easily melt away
the white enemy with their enormous fire breath.

Magic Blossom (April) - Peak-time in April means for many people the “magic of life”,
cause during the spring many life is given to lots of plants and trees.

|
Flashing Rain (July) - This name was easily made because the July is the month with
the most rainfall and not seldom it comes together with a thunderstorm and thunderflash.

|
Blue Shooting Star (August) - At the end of the rain period and the beginning of the
Phoenix Sun, a sign in form of a Blue shooting star is send in the middle of the month.
People believe that the gods send this sign

Phoenix - (September) - During the end of the summer, the sun always has deep
yellow - orange shining/rays. People believe that during this time the phoenix begins to
move to the southern lands, cause its getting to cold in this area. While hes travelling
to the south his body covers the sun and replaces the sunlight. Because his body is also
made of bright fire, which is much more red, the sunlight/rays look deep yellow - orange.

Silver Pumpkin - (October) - When the Phoenix has left the land, the pumpkin harvest begins.
Soon after the beginning of the new month, the first deep fog slices through the land. After this fog,
the people celebrate the last pumpkin harvest together with a big festival.

Dark Witch - (Novembre) - The novembeer brings coldness, heavvy storms, lots of rain - all in
all a dark weather. People say that a witch is the cause of this trouble who lived long time
ago in this region.This woman always had this sort of weather around her castle, but one
day people from a nearby village got mad and executed her. But just before her death, she
used a stone spell on the judge, resulting in turning him into a statue. The witch died, but
the dark weather continued - people thought that maybe the statue of the judge is now the cause
of this problem. So they tried to destroy the statue or at least move it from his place. No one
was succesfull and the statue still stands in the village. People moved away from the village and
his land and it became a ghost town. Today it’s a place where dark figures like muderers and thiefs met up.

Shining Crystal - (December) - It’s the month in which the first snow and frost
crystals appear. If they appear together with shining sunrays, people know that the winter has now begun.
